ChariTree at Chetco Grange

ALL 20 spots filled but we do have an “Alt-Wait-List” if someone cancels…2 groups are on that list, so let us know as soon as possible if your group can not decorate a tree.
 
PR Announcement : For articles, please let us know if you have a tree Sponsor or other Cause that your tree/wreath is auctioned off for.
Is your group selling items? Let us know so we can promote for your group…you may send pictures of selling items to post online website/Facebook page.

Thursday, Nov 29, 2018 : Set-up and Decorate trees ( 8am – 6pm )

All 20 non-profits joining 2018 ChariTree Holiday Festival : Set-up and Decorate trees. Trees will be delivered by Gold Beach Lumber at 8am…Non-Profits may help set-up at 8:30am…Decorate trees 10am-6pm…EACH group, please remember to bring a special ornament to place on the Chetco Grange tree. THANK YOU!

 

Friday, Nov 30, 2018 : Gala Potluck ( 5:30pm – 7:30pm )

All 20 non-profits joining 2018 ChariTree are invited to bring finger foods for potluck Gala event. Preview and vote for decorated trees. See who are the community judges favorites and presented awards…JUDGING at 10am.

Saturday, Dec 1, 2018 : ChariTree Holiday Festival (11am – 4pm )

Free Christmas Community Event! See all 20 decorated trees by local non-profits. Vote for your favorite tree and participate in the silent auctions. Lots of holiday shopping. Kids can visit with Santa and shop at the KASPER store (11am-3pm).
